This is the collection I will be taking on holidays with me

i have tried very hard to keep it down to a dull roar

Their is a part of me that wishes to wing it

and just see what I find when I get there

But the bit of me that says I must take stuff

is winning

Besides I wont be taking my computer

so I surely need all of these little treasures

plus what I find over there

Whats Happening

WIP from Jane Davies class

Not a lot in the studio thats for sure

The course over here with Jane Davies

has finished even though I have not.

Thankfully I can go back and do more when I find the time

Coz I started another online course

(yes i love them)

over at Martha Beck's working through the book

Steering By Starlight

which has only had one class so far but is looking good

Would love to be doing this though

But first I have to read this book

Lucky it is in my bag ready for my trip to

BALI

yes it is now so tantalisingly close

We drive up to Perth on Saturday

and fly out sunday morning

We will visit

Sanur

Nusa Lembongan

and

The Gili Islands

I plan many spa visits while Dan scuba dives

Any hints tips and suggestions welcome

Oh I am also packing to read

Everyday Sacred by Sue Bender

Convergence with Nature by David E Cooper

and

Choose-Them-Wisely by Mike Dooley

so that should keep me busy

I was hoping a novel would find its way to me

but nothing has turned up yet

So I may take something I have already read

And my favourite Astrology site

Building Up

Pieces of work are starting

to build up in the studio

There are many

encasutic pieces just hanging around

Most of them are finished

on the front anyway

the oil paint is drying

and the tape needs removing

and the sides finishing

and names may or may not

be thought of

oh and they need signing

and hangy things put on the back.

So not even close really!!!!

But still they are getting there

the big push is for the Perth Art Expo

October 21st

UWA

but I have 2 weeks in Bali first

and 2 lots of saturday demos

so the push is on

NOW!!!

There always seems to be so much time

that rapidly diminishes
