Barung
I’m back, and already
routine is getting its pointy little claws into me.
You know what I mean,
so as you have to stop and think
hey I had a holiday
a real one it wasn’t just a dream,
it really, really happened.
I know it did and here is some proof.
silver making bits
and now I have a small lizard around my neck
keeping me company
those of you who have read
'Steering by Starlight'
by Martha Beck
will understand the relevence
Mt Agung viewed from Mt Batur
both active volcanos
last time both went off together in 1963
mmmmm cocoa pods
we bought some magnificent dark chocolate here
Water Temple
This plant what ever it is
Is fascinating for the fact that
the number of lobes on the bottom
of the plant
indicate how many seeds
are inside
terraced rice paddies
the view from the restaurant at our accomodation
We are looking across at our next destination
Nusa Lembongan
we just can't see it.

What is it about the best vacations that, once home, they seem to have been fantasies? Too good to be true, perhaps? Your photos are wonderful.
