As the sun sets on another year I am happy to be home.
The Vegie Garden is thriving
The cherry tomatoes are just about ready to pick
But best of all we finally have birds back on the block.
Be brought the muscovies home today and thats them on the bank of their pond.
Chooks will have to wait till next year.
And yes we still have George who we raised from a duckling.

do you still have George?
happy new year.
Looks wonderful, Trace! My vegie garden is looking hot and dry...didn't get the rain up here that the south got (well, I'm presuming you got it too, it was bucketing down near Pemberton on Friday!) You'll laugh, but after saying I wouldn't be heading west of Denmark, we had a massive mix-up with our booking, could not get in anywhere else, so found ourselves driving up to Nannup at 7:30pm on Thursday to crash with rellies. I remembered the name of the road you lived on, so waved as we passed (sometime after 8pm)! I'll get down to visit sometime!
Happy New Year Trace!
I'd been looking for new posts for quite some time, then guess I got caught up in the holidays and didn't check for a bit..... and now there are so many!
Love your photos. Makes me want to put my garden in, but I maybe I should wait for Spring? ;)
