We Have a Winner

I wrote everyone's name on a piece of paper

I placed them all in my hand and then tossed them into the air
which is impossible to photograph on your own

Until only one was left

So the winner of the tea bag giveaway
is Heike Gerbig from

So if you can email me
and let me know your snail mail address
I will get it in the mail
when I go into to town next week

Thanks to everyone who participated

I love Swaps and a Giveaway

I do love a package arriving in the mail
Especially one as eagerly anticipated as this one

And inside a veritable cornucopia
of delights
So glad I mentioned to Jack Oudyn
when we were conversing
about the Xanthorrhoea resin
he had purchased from my Etsy shop
that I am always open to idea of an exchange

I could not be happier with my end of the bargain

and here they are in their new location on my inspiration wall

And now above there is a tantalising (I hope)
glimpse of a collaboration
I am entering into with Jack
Two little plaster books
about to go in the mail
for him to have a play with

It has also come to my attention
that I have passed 300 posts
and that I am fast approaching 60 000
page views here on the blog
and I know a few people visit
in fact one of my blog friends
popped into the studio yesterday

But anywho
to celebrate I think
a giveaway
is most defintiely in order
Not sure exactly what will be in it
But I do know that
the little book of teabags
seen in this blogpost
will be included
Leave a comment if you wish to be in the draw
which will happen hmmm
lets give you a bit of time
October 30th
P.S. the giveaway is growing looks like it will all be teabag related
I am making lots of tea bag samples
which will be included

Eggs

This is why I have my own chickens. At least the boys get a happy life for a few months before the quickly get dispatched for the table. And the hens well as long as you have a breed bred for egg laying through their whole life and not just for the 1 season , they can stay until they die of old age.
